Custom Plastic Eggs

I was definitely surprised when I saw the new company Snoqualmie Bait Co. They are local, they make their products with environmentally friendly plastics, and they offer the largest variety and essentially custom plastic eggs! Not only do they have colors that I have never seen before (including combination colors), but they encourage you to tell them the colors you desire and are unleashing over 100 new colors this upcoming year. You can choose from having your eggs glow in the dark, to making them scented! Not only are these great for steelhead, but the large variety and options make them a great salmon bait as well!
 
Pros for steelhead: Obviously the wide variety of color has to be the best thing for steelhead. When you're pounding water all day trying to find out exactly what these want, it's a great thing when you have plenty of variety to through in front of them especially colors they probably haven't already seen 10 times that day. They are also the perfect size for steelheed!
 
Pros for salmon: The option to choose your scent is amazing. I am a firm believer that salmon will turn a blind eye if they do not like your bait smells like. They offer the most widely used, proven scents as well as two custom scents that they created! They are also more rubber feeling than they are plastic so when the salmon just want to take a little sample bit, they feel more real than most plastic baits.
 
My favorite colors were DB Special for it's intense shade, but keeping it realistic and the Humpy assassin. Pinks my favorite for steelhead and this pink egg has the translucency that our real eggs have after curing and also that orange tint of the natural egg. These eggs were killers when the water was low and clear!
